Foster Care

The Salvation Army Foster Care program provides homes to more than 180 foster children through more than 125 foster homes.  The children in the program range in age from infant to 18 and are in need of placement due to parent’s inability to provide for their physical, social and/or emotional needs.

The program also provides homes for children and teens with severe behavioral problems as well as those who are medically fragile and developmentally challenged.  There are professionally trained, licensed social workers for ongoing support for the whole family.
